House of Hope's day-long writing conference "Seeing Through Words: A Celebration of Faith and Writing" will be held on
Saturday, October 2, 2010, featuring Azar Nafisi, Billy Collins and Clyde Edgerton. Last year's event drew 500 people from 18 states.

Africa for the Presbyterian Church (USA), based in Accra, Ghana. He works with Presbyterian Churches all across
West Africa, to strengthen connections between them and the congregations, presbyteries, and General Assembly of
the PC(USA). The Mission and Benevolence Committee of The House of Hope has voted to support Josh's work in
Africa and he is now one of our mission partners.
