NAMI Walk for Mental Health

Join us at Seat Salt for a Walk-A-Thon in support of mental health and enjoy community, fresh air, exercise, and beautiful scenery, to talk and learn
about mental health. 1 in 5 adults suffers from a mental health issue in their lives. Minnesota’s National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)’s support is vital for the well-being of many people. There will be information, speakers, musicians, and inspiration. Register to walk 5 km with us or contribute here.
