You can practice Centering Prayer on your own as well. There is an app available from Contemplative Outreach. You can find it on their website, under Centering Prayer, click on “Getting Started.” Scroll down through the instructions, listed books and courses, almost to the bottom and click on “Get the App.” It is free and easy to use, I have it on my phone. It is always available through Google Apps.
I also recommend the Pathways to Joy guided meditation download from the Partners in Resilience website. This includes guided meditations to “strengthen emotional and support physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.
