Typically\, we serve an average of 375-400 meals each night during the summer\, so we will plan for 400 meals. \nThe cooking crew should arrive at 2:30 PM to prepare the meals. \nThe serving crew should arrive around 4:15 PM\, as we will start packaging the meals at 4:30 PM. \nMeals will be distributed at 5:00 PM\, and cleanup should be complete by 6:30 PM. Please remember that a hairnet or hat is required\, and aprons will be provided. \nPlease mark your calendar!
