Press ReleaseThe House of Hope Presbyterian Church HOUSE OF HOPE TO HOST JAZZ VESPERS Sunday afternoon service in August
St. Paul, MN . . . July 26, 2004 . . . The House of Hope Presbyterian Church will present two afternoon worship services featuring local jazz musicians. Well-known musician Steve Blons and his jazz group will play at both services. Blons is active in the music ministry at Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church in Minneapolis, and plays regularly at Soul Café at the church. The worship services will be held in the Kirk Parlour, at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 27 and Sunday, August 15, 2004. The public is invited to attend. The Kirk Parlour is accessible through the Summit Avenue and Portland Avenue entrances to the church. Parking is available in the lot immediately north of the church on Portland Avenue, or across from the church on the south side of Summit Avenue.
