Press ReleaseThe House of Hope Presbyterian Church SUMMER CARILLON CONCERTS SCHEDULED AT THE HOUSE OF HOPE St. Paul, MN. . . July 3, 2002 . . . On Thursday, July 4, at 4:00 p.m., David Johnson, carillonneur at The House of Hope Presbyterian Church, will perform a traditional Independence Day recital on the Noyes Memorial Carillon. Lemonade will be served on the church lawn, where listeners are invited to gather with blankets and lawn chairs. In case of rain, there is plenty of seating indoors. The recital is free and will include patriotic and folk music, and a few surprises. The summer carillon concert schedule continues through the summer on Sunday afternoons at 4:00 p.m. The schedule is as follows:
The House of Hope Presbyterian Church is located at 797 Summit Avenue at Avon Street in St. Paul. Parking is available in a lot immediately north of the church on Portland Avenue, or in the lot on the south side of Summit Avenue across from the church. For further information, contact |
