Join us for the Choir School's Spring Concert on May 14. For more than 30 years, the Choir School has been part of the ministry of House of Hope. Choristers sing and learn in a positive, faith-based environment. The Choir School is open to all children. There is no audition to join, and choristers enter with varying degrees of training. The next speaker in our Sunday Series will be historian, author, and The New York Times columnist Michael Beschloss on May 21 at 2 p.m. Beschloss will tell original and unforgettable stories that illuminate the behind-the-scenes lives of American presidents and other titans, as well as describe the leadership skills essential to almost every kind of success. 

On May 7 at 4 p.m., the Elizabeth Chapel Organ Recital Series continues with music for harp and organ featuring harpist Rachel Brandwein and organist Aaron David Miller. The concert features two new compositions written especially for the concert; one by each of the performers. Rachel has composed an inventive new fantasy based on familiar English folk songs. Aaron has written an ethereal landscape work entitled Cross-Currents. Each piece approaches the combination of harp and organ differently highlighting different timbres and textures.The concert is free and open to the public.
